Castings are produced in accordance with all major internationally acknowledged specifications – e.g. ASTM A, DIN EN, BS and SEW.
Our Quality Assurance systems are ISO 9001:2008 compliant and certified by SABS (SANAS + RVA) and TÜV (Rheinland). In addition to ISO 9001:2008 all plants have also been PED accredited (Pressure Equipment Directive EC 97/23) – which enables us to certify cast components destined for pressure applications, as required by EU countries.
Standard Quality Control procedures applied include LPE, RT, UT, MPI and PMI testing – conducted by suitably qualified operators and technicians certified by internationally acknowledged authorities (SAQCC, PCN and SNT).
Typical requirements within our scope of compliance include API 560, relevant ASME and DIN EN specifications and criteria.
Material certification – as a standard – is conducted in accordance with EN 10204 3.1, with the possibility of 3.2 (involving accredited third party inspection), if required.
Having our own UT and RT shooting and development equipment as well as qualified personnel to operate it, we are in a unique position to provide a full spectrum of NDT testing in house and at competitive pricing.
