Steloy Castings has a track record spanning more than 25 years in the supply of castings to the international petrochemical industry. We are on the approved vendor lists of companies such as Foster Wheeler, Selas Linde, ExxonMobil, Petrochem–Heurtey, OnQuest, Born Heaters–Canada, Chevron, Selas Fluid USA and KTI.
We supply individual corrosion and heat resistant components as well as complete subassemblies for fired-heater applications covered by API 560.
Products include static castings – such as convection tube sheets, radiant hangers, brackets and bends – produced in accordance with API 560 and ASTM A297, ASTM A351 and EN 10295, and centrifugal cast components such as process tubing for hydrogen reforming, catalyst tubes and pyrolysis coils for the production of ethylene, cast to API 560 and ASTM A608 as well as supplementary customer requirements.
We also supply fully fabricated coils for reformer, ethylene cracking and direct reduction furnaces.
